Hyundai XG generations and restyling

The first-generation Hyundai XG was offered from October 1998 through July 2003 as a Sedan with six listed versions: 2.4 MT, 2.5 AT, 2.5 MT, two 3.0 AT variants distinguished by 188 hp and 192 hp, and 3.5 AT.

The same generation was restyled for the period from July 2003 through April 2005. The restyled Sedan has four listed versions: 2.5 AT, 2.5 MT, 3.0 AT with 188 hp, and 3.5 AT with 197 hp. The 2.4 MT and the 192 hp 3.0 AT are not listed after the restyling.
